Can you monitor or service my existing system?

Yes! We can monitor and service all brands.

What forms of payment does Global accept?

We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa and Mastercard, both debit and credit cards. To pay your monthly monitoring via Visa or Mastercard, give us a call during normal business hours, and we will mail you a receipt. We prefer a minimum of two months payment per transaction.

Yes! Just give us a call and we will get one to you.

Can I get more Global signs or stickers for my home or business?

Signs and stickers often fade with time, or get damaged. We will happily drop by and replace your sign or stickers for you, no charge.

How often should I test my alarm system?

Your system should be tested at least once per month, to assure all door and window contacts are properly working, and that your phone line is still connected to the alarm system, to allow signals to get through to us. To test your system, simply give us a call, and we can put your account on test, so you can set your alarm off without us dispatching the police.
